Penny is pleased to announce that she is now represented by Outside the Square Gallery. A new art gallery in Old Town Margate,opened by Tracy Emin and virtually opposit the new Turner Gallery.It represents world renowned artists such as Christian Furr the youngest  person at 28 years old to have painted Her Majesty the Queen at Buckingham Palace, David Cobley and Chris Bracey.
